Privacy policy.

Our full privacy policy is being prepared. In the meantime, here is what you should know.

Account data. We store the email and name you sign up with, plus a hashed password. We do not sell or share account data with third parties.

Practice-call data. Voice from each practice call is processed by ElevenLabs to power the AI persona. Transcripts and rubric scores are saved to your account so you can review them later. Recordings are retained under your account.

Deletion. Email sales@kptcoach.com to delete your account and all associated practice-call data.
